Ensure a smooth installation by preparing your space before your VitalVault equipment arrives. Use this comprehensive checklist to verify that your site meets all requirements.

General Requirements (All Products)

Access & Clearance

Measure all doorways, hallways, and stairways to confirm equipment can be delivered to installation location
Clear pathway from delivery entrance to installation room
Remove any obstacles, furniture, or decorations from installation area
Ensure adequate clearance space around installation location (minimum 2-3 feet on all sides)
Verify ceiling height meets product requirements

Flooring

Confirm floor is level and structurally sound
Verify floor can support equipment weight (check product specifications)
Consider protective flooring or mat if needed

Environment

Room temperature is appropriate for installation (typically 60-80°F)
Area is clean and free of dust or debris
Adequate lighting for installation work

Sauna-Specific Requirements

Electrical

Dedicated electrical circuit installed (220V for most models - verify your specific model)
Circuit breaker properly sized per manufacturer specifications
Electrical outlet located within reach of sauna power cord
Licensed electrician has completed and inspected electrical work

Ventilation

Adequate ventilation in room (natural or mechanical)
Vent opening installed if required by model

Space

Minimum clearance from walls and ceiling per specifications
Door swing clearance verified

Cold Plunge-Specific Requirements

Electrical

Dedicated GFCI-protected outlet installed (verify voltage requirements for your model)
Outlet located within reach of unit power cord

Plumbing & Drainage

Water source accessible for initial fill
Drainage solution in place (floor drain, pump, or drain line)
Floor is sloped toward drain if applicable
Waterproof or water-resistant flooring installed

Space & Access

Adequate space for entry/exit and maintenance access
Indoor installation has proper ventilation to manage humidity
Outdoor installation has level, stable surface (concrete pad recommended)

Massage Chair-Specific Requirements

Electrical

Standard 110V outlet available within 6 feet of chair location
Surge protector recommended

Space

Minimum clearance from wall for full recline (typically 12-18 inches)
Adequate space on sides for armrest extension
Floor is level and stable

Hyperbaric Chamber-Specific Requirements

Electrical

Electrical requirements met per model specifications (varies by chamber type)
Dedicated circuit if required
GFCI protection in place

Space

Ceiling height adequate for chamber (typically 7-8 feet minimum)
Floor space meets chamber dimensions plus clearance
Access space for entry/exit and maintenance

Ventilation

Room has adequate ventilation
Temperature-controlled environment (recommended)

Red Light Therapy-Specific Requirements

Electrical

Standard 110V outlet available
Outlet located conveniently for panel placement

Mounting (if applicable)

Wall studs located and marked for wall-mount installation
Door-mount hardware compatibility verified
Stand assembly area cleared if using floor stand

Space

Treatment area has adequate space (typically 6-12 inches from panel)
Room allows for proper positioning and use

Commercial Installation Additional Requirements

Building permits obtained if required
Landlord or property management approval secured
Insurance certificates exchanged if required
Installation schedule coordinated to minimize business disruption
Staff notified of installation date and time
Parking and loading zone access arranged for delivery vehicle
Building access codes or keys provided to installation team

Final Preparation
