Free Shipping We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This applies to our full range of premium wellness equipment including saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, red light therapy devices, and hyperbaric chambers.
Excluded Locations Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact our concierge team for a custom shipping quote for these locations.
Processing Time
- Standard items: 1-3 business days
- Large wellness equipment (saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, hyperbaric chambers): 3-7 business days
- Custom or made-to-order items: Processing times will be communicated at time of purchase
Delivery
- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days after processing
- White-glove delivery service: Available for large equipment items including inside delivery, unpacking, and debris removal. Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be coordinated directly with you.
- Freight shipments: Larger items ship via freight carrier with scheduled delivery appointments
